Cancellation Policy -
Please read before booking
We value our clients and strive to provide the best experience possible. To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
For clients on membership packages, if you do not show up or fail to provide the required notice, we reserve the right to deduct one service from your package as a cancellation fee. For all other clients, a fee of up to 50% of the appointment value may be applied on your next visit.
