1. Membership Benefits

• Five Bespoke Haircuts or Luxury Shaves: Enjoy five tailored services, crafted by our skilled barbers to meet your individual style and preferences.
  Excluding services with Zamaine Ismail

• Priority Booking: Members receive priority scheduling to ensure convenience and availability.

• Exclusive Offers: Gain access to members-only promotions and events.

• Discounted Prices: Exclusive rates for services and products

• Unlimited Drinks: Members can enjoy unlimited complimentary drinks

2. Appointment Scheduling

• Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in-person at the barbershop.

• We recommend scheduling your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Failure to Comply:

  For members: If you do not show up or fail to provide the required notice, we reserve the right to deduct one service from your membership package as a cancellation fee.

  For non-members: A fee of up to 50% of the appointment value may be applied to your next visit.

4. Membership Usage

• Membership services must be used within 12 months of purchase. Any services not utilised within this period will be forfeited.

• Services may be transferred or shared with others upon request. To authorise a guest to use an allocated service, please provide email confirmation to: info@westandhunter.com in advance of the scheduled appointment.

5. Payment and Fees

• Membership fees are due at the time of purchase.

• All additional services or products outside of the membership will be charged separately.

6. Code of Conduct

• We strive to maintain a respectful and professional environment. We ask all members to treat our staff and fellow clients with courtesy.

• Any disruptive behavior may result in the cancellation of your membership.

7. Changes to Membership Terms

• West and Hunter reserves the right to modify these membership rules at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
